Slow Roasted Mint and Garlic Lamb

Local Devon farmed Lamb marinated in herbs and spices then slow roasted in red wine sauce. Served with red wine. Gravy, garlic mash potatoes, carrots and broccoli

Glazed Slow Roasted Pork

Marinated and glazed in brown sugar, garlic, butter and cider. Served with apple gravy, roast potatoes, peas and savoy cabbage

Chicken Chasseur

 Chicken breast and thigh pieces cooked in a white wine sauce with herbs, spices, mushrooms, bacon and tomatoes, Served with creamy mash potatoes, peas and green beans

Honey and Orange Baked Sea Bass

(v, vegan option Beetroot Wellington)

In honey, orange, mustard and herbs. Served with roasted new potatoes, grilled courgette and green beans
